Good health

Last week I was a bit under the weather. I got my workout in on Tuesday, and started feeling poorly that afternoon. It was a mild bug, but I still wasn't up to my usual activity level or my usual fun self (ha!) This week I'm feeling much better and back to the gym/outdoors for my workouts. So, today I'm thankful for being healthy, and having good health in general.
